Yokogawa has a nationwide network of qualified Service Specialists to assist on Start up, Training, Calibration & Validation, Preventative Maintenance, Programming & Troubleshooting, Emergency Repair & Diagnostics, Factory Repair and Spare Parts.
Yokogawa and certified partners provide cost effective start-up solutions that can be ordered with your initial product purchase. Start up will include functional test and on-site configuration of instruments and analytical products. This will ensure dependable and timely startup and gives you the peace of mind of knowing that it’s done correctly.
Training for operators, technicians and supervisors
On-site Training: Standard and customized hands-on training packages are delivered at your site by Yokogawa Service Specialists. Training can include theory of operation, product application, operation, maintenance requirements & scheduling, and troubleshooting techniques.
Factory Training: Customized training courses providing detailed product and application knowledge are delivered in a factory based classroom environment with theory and practical exercises by Yokogawa product and Service Specialists. Detailed documentation is provided on both paper and digital format.
Calibration and Certification
On site calibration is provided in accordance with agreed schedules to ensure specific industry regulatory standards are fully met. All equipment used is certified and fully traceable according to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Contracts
Preventative and Corrective maintenance services are provided by local Yokogawa Service and certified partners Service Specialists. The contract is customized to meet individual customers’ needs. Services range from basic field start-up and predetermined site visits, to a fully inclusive Comprehensive package, which includes labor, supply & delivery of all parts and consumables.
Preventative maintenance services: help maximize the performance of instrumentation and control equipment. It ensures the proper operation by utilizing advanced predictive maintenance diagnostics, cleaning and periodic maintenance including consumables replacement.
Corrective maintenance services: contracts are available for customers requiring specific response times for crucial processes and plant. We utilize advanced diagnostic and repair practices. During site visits, our Service Specialists will resolve pre-identified issues, replace expired consumable parts and perform calibration as needed.
Programming and Troubleshooting
Centralized coordination through Yokogawa’s Global Response Center provides prompt on-site programming, optimization, repair or replacement of all Yokogawa’s instrumentation products.
Emergency Repair and Diagnostics
When telephone support cannot solve an immediate problem, emergency on-site assistance may be necessary. An experienced field Service Specialist will be dispatched promptly to your plant on a priority basis. The prompt availability of one of our local Service Specialists is possible by utilizing a network of Yokogawa and certified Service Specialists partners. Prompt availability may help you reduce or eliminate downtime and unplanned outages.
Yokogawa’s state-of-the-art repair facility located in Newnan, Georgia is equipped to handle all customer needs from repair & refurbishment, to calibration and certification of Yokogawa instruments and analyzers.
Yokogawa’s instrumentation service team is ready to respond quickly to your need of any supply of spare parts and consumables (such as pens, charts, pH electrodes, sensors etc). Users with an annual maintenance contract are guaranteed immediate availability of spare parts and consumables.
